Unknown City RP is a community operated under NebulaCore Enterprises. By purchasing any product from this store, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below.

1. General Terms

These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through the Unknown City RP Store.
Unknown City RP and NebulaCore Enterprises reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, feature, or benefit at any time without prior notice.
Purchases made through this store help support the continued development, maintenance, hosting, and operation of Unknown City RP.

2. Digital Products

All products sold through this store are digital and intended solely for use within Unknown City RP.

Products may include, but are not limited to:

• Vehicles
• Priority Access
• Department Packages
• Cosmetic Items
• Supporter Packages
• Other in-game benefits

All digital products remain the property of Unknown City RP and NebulaCore Enterprises.
Purchasing a product grants you access to the specified benefits but does not transfer ownership of any server assets, content, or intellectual property.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products sold, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Changing your mind
• Failure to read product descriptions
• Removal from the server due to rule violations
• Server wipes, updates, balancing changes, or feature modifications

Refunds may only be provided where required by applicable law.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized payment reversal without first contacting management may result in:

• Immediate suspension of store benefits
• Permanent removal from Unknown City RP
• Revocation of purchased products
• Restriction from future purchases

Unknown City RP reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks through the payment provider.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information when making purchases
• Maintaining the security of your Discord, FiveM, and associated accounts
• Ensuring you have permission to use the selected payment method

Unknown City RP and NebulaCore Enterprises are not responsible for purchases made through compromised or shared accounts.

6. Server Rules & Community Conduct

Purchasing products from the store does not exempt any player from:

• Server Rules
• Community Guidelines
• Staff Directions
• Department Policies

All players are expected to follow the same standards regardless of their store purchases.

Any disciplinary action taken against an account will not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

7. Product Changes & Balancing

To maintain a fair and enjoyable experience, Unknown City RP reserves the right to:

• Modify product benefits
• Rebalance features
• Adjust permissions
• Replace products with equivalent alternatives
• Remove products that no longer align with server development

Such changes may occur without compensation or refund.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable services, Unknown City RP cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Infrastructure failures
• Software updates
• Circumstances beyond our control

Temporary outages do not qualify for refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unknown City RP, NebulaCore Enterprises, its staff members, management team, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Use of our services is at your own risk.

10. Ownership & Corporate Structure

Unknown City RP is owned and operated under NebulaCore Enterprises.

NebulaCore Enterprises provides management, development, infrastructure, operational support, and strategic oversight for Unknown City RP and associated projects.

All trademarks, branding, logos, artwork, content, digital assets, and intellectual property associated with Unknown City RP remain the property of NebulaCore Enterprises unless otherwise stated.

References to "Unknown City RP," "we," "our," or "us" within these Terms of Service refer to Unknown City RP and/or NebulaCore Enterprises where applicable.

11. Contact & Support

For questions regarding purchases, products, payment issues, or store-related support, please open a support ticket within the Unknown City RP Discord server.
Management will make reasonable efforts to assist with any legitimate store-related concerns.
By completing a purchase through the Unknown City RP Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
